> Muay Thai academy in Sri Lanka led by Kru Binusha (awarded the rank of KRU by the Muay Thai International Association at Master Toddy's Muay Thai Academy, accredited by the Thai Government Ministry of Education; ~30 years experience). Two locations: Vaaj Fitness Centre, Nawala and The Legend Zone, Athurugiriya.

## Nawala classes (Vaaj Fitness Centre)
- Personal Training (one-to-one): Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat 6:30-9:30 AM; 8 one-hour sessions/month
- Junior Warriors (kids 6+): Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat 4:30-6:00 PM; 8 one-hour sessions/month; international certificate per level
- Shield & Strike (women only): Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat 9:30-11:30 AM and Wednesday 6:30-10:00 PM; 8 x 90-min sessions/month
- Muay Thai Fundamentals (beginner) 6:30-8:00 PM and Combat Muay Thai (advanced) 8:30-10:00 PM: Tue, Thu, Sat; 8 x 90-min sessions/month; international certificate per level

## Athurugiriya classes (The Legend Zone)
- Muay Thai adults: Wednesday and Friday 8:00-9:30 PM
- Muay Thai kids: Sunday 8:00-9:30 PM
